Juniors (10-17yrs) Tuesday and Thursday 6.30 - 7.45pm.

Adults (17+ ) Tuesday and Thursday 7.45 - 9.15pm. 

Novice Session (Under 17's) Saturday 10.00 - 11.15

Training fees are £2 juniors and £3.00 adults.
